Shipping policy

I ship via Passtheparcel couriers nationwide - please select the option that fits the items you have chosen.

As a general guide:

Small - 1-2 small soft toys like personalised bunnies (not memory bears)

Medium - 4-5 small soft toys or one XL sized soft toy (not memory bears)

Large - 1 small memory bear 

XL - more than one memory bear or multiple items and if you'd like clothing returned 

If in doubt, please ask and I will confirm the best option.

If you require International shipping please select ‘international shipping quote’ and I can confirm the postage to be paid (if you need to pay from overseas via PayPal or Credit Card please enquire so I can. Relate a custom listing including your confirmed shipping cost)
